It is a quality loft, in which the fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room and work area have been designed in an open space floor plan, in addition, there is a WC.
On the top floor, in the mezzanine, continuing the open space design, there is a private bedroom with a double bed, as well as a sitting area and two single beds including a bathroom and shower.

The Factory Loft is situated near the centre of Póvoa de Varzim. It is 26 Kms (20 minutes) from Oporto, 40 Kms (30 minutes) from Guimarães and 48 Kms (35 minutes) from Braga and 45 Kms from Viana do Castelo.
Close to restaurants, the historic area and the Casino da Póvoa on Rua de Comércio – Rua da Junqueira. The beaches are located only 400 metres to the west, and for those who might fancy playing a few rounds of golf, you will find one of the best golf courses in the North of Portugal (Estela Golf Club) which is only about 7 Kms away.
